80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Merlot with 12 months in French oak, the yields are low and the fruit is site selected, a sorting table (the first in China) classic Bordelaise treatment. A relatively serious red Bordeaux, there is plenty of Cabernet character, mature  berry aromas such as blackcurrant and blackberry, a pleasant cedar, vanilla and oak aromas are blended and coordinated into the full-bodied wine. The wine is solid with balanced and complete structure. It is optimal to be drunk at 61F-64.5F, pairing with roasted beef, ham and mutton chop.
